Our cattle herd has and always will be local. Cattle brought into the herd are purchased from fellow local ranchers! We purchase hay for the winter from local producers right here in Williamson County.

We rotationally graze our herd to ensure they always have quality forage and the land gets rest in between grazing cycles to allow forage to grow back strong. The beef on your plate is born in Texas, and raised with care by Texas ranchers.

All beef is sold frozen and processed at a Local USDA inspected facility.
