We Raise A BETTER Bird from Hatch to Harvest—Right in Texas

We source our Cornish Cross chicks locally from Cameron, TX and raise them indoors under heat lamps for two around weeks while they feather out. After that, they spend six weeks in open-air shelters that rotate daily to fresh pasture—what we call “changing the bed sheets.” This gives them space to forage, scratch, and just be chickens; all while staying safe from the many predators in our area.

Their daily ration comes from H&H Feeds in Hamilton, TX. It’s soy-free, non-GMO, packed with protein, vitamins, minerals, and probiotics to support healthy growth and clean energy. Processing is completed on the ranch under P.L. 90-492. We encourage you to come see our setup on processing days!

How it Works!

  • We release monthly stock the MONDAY of processing week. First Come, First Serve. Join our mailing list to be first in the know!

  • Orders are placed online, and can be PICKED UP or DELIVERED.

  • Pickup day is on processing day so you do have the option to pickup fresh chicken! The birds are packaged in shrink wrap bags and ready to go in the freezer but please bring a cooler with ice with you to get them home!

  • Can’t make pickup day? No problem! We do offer delivery for $10 to Williamson County. Delivery will occur on the WEDNESDAY following processing day. Please leave a cooler with ice out on your front porch for drop off! We will text you a reminder!

  • You will be prompted to fill out a form when you order with more details on Pickup and/or Delivery.
